Don has been with the Division of Cultural Affairs since 1985; program manager for the Cultural Facilities Program, Regional Cultural Facilities Program, and the Cultural Endowment Program; monitors the Division's Grants Program Budget; and coordinates the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) project. Holds a Master of Music degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan; and an Ed.S. from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida. Wife Judy; two daughters, Cheryl Day, Jennifer Taylor (Gregg), and three grandchildren Noah, Dima, and Elena.
