Michelle has been with the Division of Cultural Affairs since November of 2001. Michelle recently received her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). Michelle is the mother of a beautiful 3 year old little girl, named Destiny Nishelle Proctor. Michelle enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
