Morgan has been with the Division since July 1, 2004. Originally from St. Petersburg, Morgan has her degree in English from Florida State University. Prior to her work at the Division she served as Gallery Director for Florida Craftsmen, Inc. a statewide organization serving contemporary craft artists and educating the public about fine craft.  Currently at the Division, Morgan handles the grant programs for Individual Artists (Fellowships and Artist Enhancement), the grant writing workshops, the Local Arts Agency and State Service Organizations Grant Programs and is the Arts Accessibility Coordinator.
