Dale has been with the Division since early 2002. He submits grant payment requests to Financial Management, manages reporting and compliance issues, processes Grant Amendment requests, helps with panel meetings, including scoring applications, and is available for other duties as needed. Dale studied Physics and Computer Science, obtaining a Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters degree from University of South Florida. After spending a year at Montana State University and passing the qualifying exams, he left school when told it would be another 5 years (borrowing heavily from the government) before a degree could be expected. Dale has a partner Fox, son Eli, daughter Crystal, two granddaughters, Isabel and Makaela and a grandson Quin.
