Don has been with the Division of Cultural Affairs since 1985. He serves as the program manager for the Cultural Facilities Program, Regional Cultural Facilities Program, and the Cultural Endowment Program; and develops and monitors the Division's Grants Program Budget.

Don holds a Master of Music degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan; and an Ed.S. from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida. Don has a wife Judy; two daughters, Cheryl Day and Jennifer Taylor (Gregg), and three grandchildren Noah, Dima, and Elena.
