Morgan has been with the Division since July of 2004. Originally from St. Petersburg, Morgan has her degree in English from Florida State University. Prior to her work at the Division she served as Gallery Director for Florida Craftsmen, Inc. a statewide organization serving contemporary craft artists and educating the public about fine craft. Currently, Morgan handles the Individual Artist Fellowship Program and the Professional Development Workshops for Individual Artists. She also administers the Division's Citizens Support Organization, Citizens for Florida Arts, Inc.
