Create an original 2-dimensional artwork designed to promote the part of Florida’s Strategic Plan that is assigned to your county. (see official rules for all contest requirements)

Download and complete the entry form (pdf, 120KB) All required information on the entry form must be completed to be eligible.
Attach entry form to the back of artwork facing out. If artwork is too small to attach an entry form to the back, enclose the entry form with the artwork before mailing.
Attach a label to the back of artwork that contains the following information:
- line 1: category (county)
- line 2: artwork title
- [blank line]
- line 4: student name
- line 5: school
- line 6: student city
