Mailing Instructions
The application package must be mailed to the Division and postmarked by no later than midnight of the deadline date. If the grant deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the postmark deadline will be the next following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
Materials postmarked after the deadline will not be forwarded to the panel.
Consider using "Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested" or other receipted service. It is not necessary to use express package delivery services since the deadline is a "postmark deadline."
