About the Program

The purpose of the Cultural Facilities Program is to coordinate and guide the State of Florida's support and funding of renovation, construction, or acquisition of cultural facilities.

2011-2012 Cultural Facilities Schedule for new applications.

  • May 2010 - Program Opens (Guidelines available on Division's web site)
  • July 16, 2010 - Application Deadline
  • November 2010 - Review Panel (exact date TBD)
  • July 1, 2011 - Grant Period Starts
  • June 30, 2012 - Encumbrance Period Ends
  • April 1, 2013 - Grant Period Ends.

Applications must be submitted online through OASIS.

How to Apply

To apply to this grant program, first carefully review the Cultural Facilities Guidelines and Instructions. Guidelines will be available in May.

All applications to this program must be made through OASIS (Online Arts Services and Information System). For more information on what OASIS is and how to apply using OASIS, visit the OASIS support site.

The application opens(will be available in OASIS) approximately eight weeks before the deadline. Applications must be for activities within the grant period.
