The Division of Cultural Affairs has a number of other programs that serve Individuals:

Florida Artists Hall of Fame honors significant Florida artists. Learn about the artists in the Hall of Fame or get information on how to nominate someone.

Florida Arts Recognition Award recognizes individuals or organizations for their outstanding commitment to the arts in Florida. View previous awardees or get nomination forms.

The Art in State Buildings Program places artwork by prominent artists in Florida’s public spaces. View current projects, see the collection’s highlights, or find out how to apply to the program.

The Division also posts Opportunities for Individual Artists on this website which includes calls for artists, exhibition opportunities, juried festivals, literary magazine calls, contests, artist residencies, fellowships, or other opportunities for artists in all disciplines.

The Individual Artist Fellowship Program recognizes the creation of new artworks by individuals of exceptional talent and demonstrated ability. Fellowship awards support the general artistic and career advancement of the individual artist.  Visit our Meet the Fellowship Recipients page to view a list of prior fellowship winners.

A NEW grants program for Florida's individual artists, Artist Enhancement Grants provides grant amounts of $500, $750, or $1,000 for artists to take advantage of specific, professional development, skill building opportunities to advance their work and careers.

The State Touring Roster offers presenters a menu of peer-reviewed artists (solo and companies) from which to select bookings for their organizations. Florida-based artists or organizations that have a touring program in place may apply for inclusion on this two-year roster.

Florida Artist Link is an E-newsletter for Florida's individual artists.
