The QA Instruction Sheet (475 KB, pdf)gives specific question by question instructions for applying for a Quarterly Assistance Grant using OASIS.

You will also need the General Program Guidelines. These are the guidelines that apply to all grants to organizations from the Division.

Applications to this program must be made through OASIS.

July 14, 2008, 2nd Quarter
(grant period of October 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009)

October 13, 2008, 3rd Quarter
(grant period of January 1, 2009 – June 30, 2009)

January 12, 2009, 4th Quarter
(grant period of April 1, 2009 – June 30, 2009)

Prior FY Funding:
FY 2005 - 2006: grants totaling $35,000
