TAMPA – On Tuesday, October 25, Secretary of State Kurt Browning will join Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn, Senator Nancy Detert and Representatives Rich Glorioso and Seth McKeel to launch Culture Builds Florida, an initiative to help promote Florida’s arts and cultural communities while highlighting their economic benefits for the business community.
