TALLAHASSEE, FL - Governor Jeb Bush today announced the following appointments to the Florida Arts Council:

Alejandro Aguirre, 43, of Miami, sub-director, Diario de Las Américas, reappointed for a term beginning January 24, 2003 and ending September 30, 2006.

David M. Bear, 31, of Pensacola, wholesale beer distributor, The Lewis Bear Company, appointed to succeed Katharine H. Dickenson, for a term beginning January 24, 2003 and ending September 30, 2006.
